Twice a year, Copenhagen transforms into the pulsating center of the fashion world when the Danish capital hosts Fashion Week. But while the streets and catwalks are populated by style-conscious models and fashion icons, we’ve taken a closer look at the beauty trends you should definitely be styling.
From innovative makeup looks to trendy hairstyles, discover the styles that will take center stage next season and learn how to effortlessly recreate them. Here’s a little teaser: expect shiny skin and lip gloss to remain en vogue through 2025, as forecasted by Copenhagen Fashion Week.
Marimekko
During Copenhagen Fashion Week, Marimekko showcased subtle makeup that complemented the colors of their patterns. Here, too, the trend color “Peach Fuzz” remains popular, and peach-colored accents provide eye-catchers. Cheeks glowed with a warm terracotta hue, evoking a sun-kissed radiance. Striking: the models wore side partings again.

Rotate
“As fresh as summer dew, the models will be wearing refreshingly light and radiant makeup,” announced the Charlotte Tilbury team in advance. And they definitely convinced the audience! For the Rotate show, which took place in the majestic gardens of the Royal Library of Copenhagen, the beauty team developed a look that perfectly matched the playful and romantic collection. The models glowed with a fresh, summery complexion, almost as if they had spent the whole day in the sun. Subtle highlighter and a natural base were the main focus here, giving the whole look a special lightness.
Rolf Eckroth at Copenhagen Fashion Week
Perhaps the boldest beauty trend at Copenhagen Fashion Week came from Rolf Ekroth. Here, the classic blush was reinterpreted and applied to the nose and cheekbones in shades of terracotta and pink. Definitely an eye-catcher! If you prefer a more subtle look, you can apply a light touch of blush to the cheeks for a fresh, natural look.

Remain
This season, Remain has opted for a look that at first glance appears undone, but on closer inspection is thought through down to the smallest detail. With minimal use of products, the makeup artists managed to create a flawless base and glossy lips. The highlight of this look: naturally brushed eyebrows fixed with clear gel. This “clean girl” trend creates a fresh, natural look—without any additional brow products.
Baum und Pferdgarten and Herskind

Another highlight of Copenhagen Fashion Week was the flawless “glass skin” of the models at Baum und Pferdgarten. This high-gloss, yet non-greasy skin is the epitome of modern beauty. But as effortless as this look appears at first glance, it requires discipline in skin care. Regular exfoliation and the right moisturizer are the key to achieving this glossy finish. And at Herskind, the models were also almost makeup-free and in perfectly fitting clothes. Only the lips were seductively glossy.

Gestuz goes for wild hair at Copenhagen Fashion Week
This season, a multitude of designers are embracing a casually elegant aesthetic that exudes style without the fuss. Gestuz’s rocking “out-of-bed” look particularly caught our eye. It appears the models have eschewed brushes and styling products, achieving a look that perfectly embodies effortless ease and carefree spirit. This hair trend is a dream for the minimalist at heart, proving that sometimes, less truly is more.
