She was the youngest contestant in the third season of “Germany’s Next Topmodel”! Jennifer Hof was just 16 years old when she won GNTM. Her life looks very different now. She has left behind the seemingly glamorous modeling world and works as a tax clerk. She has also undergone a significant change in appearance.
Winning “Germany’s Next Topmodel” is the dream of many young girls. For Jennifer Hof, who was just 16 at the time, this GNTM dream came true in 2008. One reason for her victory: her 1.13-meter-long legs, which were admired by judges and clients throughout the season.
What Jennifer Hof Did After GNTM
In the first years after her GNTM win, Jennifer Hof took on some modeling jobs and walked at events such as Berlin Fashion Week. However, an international career did not materialize. Gradually, the blonde completely withdrew from the modeling business. She revealed her reasons to the Gießener Allgemeine Zeitung: “The modeling business was too superficial for me. I wanted to pursue a career that was substantial and lead a normal life with my family.”
Through GNTM, Jennifer Hof was able to travel the world and is grateful for this opportunity. “I saw a lot of the world and learned to approach people.” However, she also explains: “It’s the surrounding aspects that bother me.”

Three Children and Her New Job
Another event led to a career shift: Jennifer became pregnant in 2014 and had a daughter. Another daughter followed in 2016. In 2021, she and her husband Alan Schydlo welcomed their first son, who goes by the unique name Jordy. Several years ago, Jennifer decided to hang up her modeling career and instead pursued training as a tax clerk, which she has since completed. She lives a completely normal life with her family in a rural area.

Jennifer Hof is a Gamer and Has Changed Her Look
GNTM winner Jennifer Hof is now active as a gamer on Twitch and streams regularly. She seems to have found a hobby that brings her joy and allows her to connect with many like-minded people.
She also still enjoys being in front of the camera and recently posed for new photos on Instagram. However, the person behind the camera was not a professional photographer, but her husband and children. She shared her thoughts, writing: “Back in front of the camera–and yet completely myself. After a long break, I dared to see myself from the outside again. Not perfect–but connected.”
What is also noticeable: Jennifer Hof has changed her appearance significantly. During her GNTM season, she stood out with her short, blonde hair, but now she wears it shoulder-length in a light brown shade with a reddish shimmer.
