At the beginning of October, she was spotted in Paris with her husband, Bader Shammas, and son, Luai, as she was invited to the French capital for Fashion Week. At the Balenciaga brand show, she caused a stir in a smart combination of leather coat and floor-length sequin dress.

With a flowing ponytail and glamorous make-up in warm colors, the actress, who finished filming “Freakier Friday” a few weeks ago, created a clear contrast to the outfit. This is no less glamorous, but much more modern.

The comments on Lindsay Lohan’s Instagram account are largely positive. However, there is also criticism. At the end of 2022, Balenciaga fell into disrepute due to two advertising campaigns in which the brand’s set design included sexualization of children. Despite the withdrawal of the campaigns, an apology, and a lawsuit against the creative agency, the fierce criticism of the brand was not completely silenced.
The reverberations can also be heard in the latest posts from Lindsay Lohan’s Balenciaga look. One user wrote: “You’re still supporting Balenciaga, I see. Shame on you!”, another user: “Lindsay, you are so much better than this crap.” Others call for a clear boycott of the brand.
